In one-on-one discipling, two Christians of the same sex meet to study Scripture, hold one another accountable, and pray. An elder member may disciple a younger member, a more mature Christian might disciple a younger Christian, or peers in the faith might effectively disciple one another.
The discipling meetings center on discussion and application of a spiritually rich book or Bible passage, and on encouraging one another through prayer. One-on-one discipling acts as a catalyst to Christian growth, helping us bear one another’s sorrows and joys.
Small groups are a great way to find Christian fellowship, especially if one is new tothe church. Though not intended to replace the Sunday morning gathering, we hope that our small groups would provide a great place for other believers to develop Christian friendships.
Currently, we have a Community Small Groups that meets twice a month on Friday evenings.
We also have an Inductive Bible Study that meet weekly on Wednesdays.
We want the children in our care to come face to face with our great God! We are using Children Desiring God curriculum in order to introduce them to God - who is faithful to all his promises.
Before heading to their class, the children join the main service for singing, Bible reading, and prayer. At a certain point in the service, their Class Teachers will then lead them to their classes. Children are welcome to stay in the main service as well.
We also have Nursery for those ages 0-4 years old, both during our Equip Class hour and our Morning Service.
